Course proposals

When the operator broadcasts a mission, you receive an offer on your phone. You have a limited time to accept or decline.

Receiving a proposal

A push notification appears with:

Mission reference and scheduled pickup time
Origin and destination
Client category

Tap the notification to open the proposal screen.

Offers arrive in real time. The dispatch system pushes new proposals instantly — no need to refresh the app.

Reviewing the offer

The proposal screen shows the full mission details:

Pickup address and drop-off address
Scheduled start time
Estimated duration
Client notes (if any)

Accepting

Tap Accept to confirm you are taking the mission.

The offer closes immediately — all other pending offers for this mission are withdrawn.
The mission appears in your mission list with status Confirmed.
You receive the full mission briefing.

Declining

Tap Decline if you cannot take the mission.

Your response is recorded.
The offer is removed from your screen.
You will not receive this offer again if the operator re-broadcasts the same mission.

Time limit

Each offer has an expiry countdown shown on screen. If the timer reaches zero before you respond, the offer expires automatically — the mission returns to the operator as unassigned.

Act quickly. The first driver to accept is assigned. If the timer is short, decide before reviewing every detail — you can read the full briefing after accepting.
