Sixième Étoile — Documentation

First login

Accept your invitation, set your password, and land on the agency dashboard.

Accepting your invitation

When an operator invites your agency, you receive an email containing a secure invitation link. Click Accept invitation to open the agency portal.

You are directed to a password setup screen. Choose a strong password (minimum 10 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character), confirm it, then click Set my password.

After setting your password you are automatically signed in and land on the agency dashboard.

Agency dashboard

The dashboard (agency-dashboard) is the default landing screen. It gives you an at-a-glance summary of:

SectionDescription
Pending requestsQuote requests awaiting operator response
Active missionsMissions currently in progress
Recent invoicesInvoices issued in the last 30 days
Outstanding balanceTotal amount due across all open invoices

Navigation is available from the left sidebar. The sidebar collapses to icon-only view via the toggle at the top-right of the panel.

Your account

Access your account settings at any time by clicking your profile name at the bottom of the sidebar. The Mon Compte page (agency-account) lets you:

  • Update your display name and email address
  • Change your password
  • View the staff members who have access to your agency portal
  • Manage notification preferences

Data isolation

Your agency portal session is isolated to your organisation: you see only data belonging to your agency (AgencyPortalUser.agencyId). You cannot view, access, or modify data belonging to other agencies or the operator's internal records. This boundary is enforced server-side for every API request.

Signing in on subsequent visits

Navigate to your portal URL, enter your email address and the password you set during the first-login flow, and click Sign in. If you forget your password, click Forgot password to receive a reset link by email.

Tip: Bookmark your portal URL after first login. The URL is specific to your operator's deployment.
