Quote requests
Submit quote requests to your operator, track their status, and accept or decline returned quotes.
Overview
The Reservations section (agency-reservations-list) is your inbox for all quote requests and confirmed bookings. It shows every request your agency has submitted and lets you track each one through its lifecycle.
Submitting a quote request
To request a quote without specifying a price, start a new booking through the Booking wizard and submit it. The operator receives your request and prepares a quote based on the trip details you provided.
What you see: You provide trip details — origin, destination, date, passengers, options. You do not set or see the fare. The operator determines the price and sends a quote back to you.
Request status
Each entry in the reservations list has a status label:

|---|---|
| Pending | Request submitted, waiting for operator response |
| Quote sent | Operator has returned a quote; action required |
| Accepted | You accepted the quote; booking is confirmed |
| Declined | You declined the quote |
| Cancelled | Request was cancelled (by either party) |
| Confirmed | Booking is confirmed and a mission has been created |
Use the Status filter at the top of the list to view only requests in a specific state.
Reservation detail
Click any row to open the reservation detail view (agency-reservation-detail). The detail page contains:
Trip information
- Pickup and drop-off addresses
- Date and time
- Passenger count and selected options
- End customer (if associated)
Quote section
When the operator has returned a quote, the Quote section appears. It shows:
- The quoted fare (total, inclusive of any applicable taxes)
- Any conditions or notes attached by the operator
- The expiry date of the quote (after which the price is no longer guaranteed)
Data boundary: The quoted fare is the total you will be invoiced. You see only the all-in price the operator has prepared for you. Internal fare calculations and cost breakdowns are operator-only and are not exposed in the agency portal.
Accepting a quote
When a quote is in Quote sent status:
- Open the reservation detail.
- Review the quoted fare and trip conditions.
- Click Accept quote to confirm the booking.
The status changes to Accepted and a mission is created. The operator is notified immediately.
Declining a quote
If the quoted fare does not meet your requirements:
- Open the reservation detail.
- Click Decline quote.
- Optionally enter a reason in the text field that appears.
- Confirm the action.
The status changes to Declined and the operator is notified. You can submit a new quote request at any time.
Downloading the invoice PDF
Once a mission is completed and invoiced, the reservation detail shows an Invoice section with a Download PDF button.
Click Download PDF to save the invoice to your device. The PDF contains the full billing information required for your accounts department. Invoices are also accessible from the Payment tracking section.
