Documentation for customers — booking, live tracking, and account management.
Welcome to the Customers space. Here you'll find guides for booking trips, tracking your driver in real time, and managing your account.
What You Will Find Here
Customer pages explain the information visible from your tracking link: driver position, estimated arrival time, flight information, practical messages, and why the link received by SMS or email is safe to use.
Depending on your booking, not every action is always visible. The operator chooses which details to share for each trip: driver phone number, vehicle plate, messages, delay requests, or location sharing.
Two kinds of link
A tracking link follows one trip on the day it happens. A "Mes prestations" link covers one or every trip in a booking and stays usable for weeks — use whichever one you received; both never show a price, an invoice, or a payment.
When to Use the Tracking Page
Open the link before pickup time to check the place, time, and status. Keep the page open when the driver is approaching: it updates automatically when live tracking is available.
For an important change, such as a new address, time change, cancellation, or payment question, contact the operator. The tracking link is for the current trip; it is not used to modify the booking agreement.
If you received several links, use the one that matches the correct date or the latest confirmation. An old link can be expired, replaced, or limited to a trip already completed.
What Not to Share
Do not send payment details, identity documents, or unrelated personal information through tracking messages. Use the operator's official contact channel for administrative or payment questions.
