Flight information and airport pickups
How your flight status affects your pickup time for airport transfers.
When you book an airport transfer, your transport operator monitors your flight. This helps them adjust your driver's arrival time if your flight is delayed or lands early.
What flight monitoring means for you
You do not need to do anything. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be informed automatically and will adjust accordingly.
This means:
- You will not find your driver waiting anxiously if your plane is late.
- You will not be left waiting at arrivals if your flight lands ahead of schedule.
- You do not need to call anyone to report a delay.
What your tracking page may show
If your booking includes an airport pickup, the tracking page may display your flight number and status. This information is shown so you can confirm the operator has the right details.
Possible flight statuses you may see:
- On time — no changes expected, your pickup time stands.
- Delayed — your driver has been informed and will adjust their arrival.
- Landed — your flight has touched down; your driver is on their way or already waiting.
If your flight is cancelled or diverted
Contact your transport operator directly using the details in your booking confirmation. Flight cancellations and diversions require a manual rebooking — your driver cannot handle this automatically.
If the flight information looks wrong
If the flight number or status shown does not match your booking, contact your operator. There may be a data entry error in the booking that needs correcting.
