Follow a trip in real time.
Live tracking gives a customer a secure page for one trip. The page can show trip details, mission status, the map area, driver information when shared, and the estimated arrival time when a live position is available.
Open live tracking from the secure link sent for your booking. No account or password is required. The link is created for one trip only and cannot show anyone else's journey.
Before live position is available, the page can still show the date, time, pickup address, drop-off address, vehicle information, and waiting state. You do not need to refresh the page.
The page may show the driver's first name, vehicle model, number plate, or phone number when the operator has enabled those details. It never shows the driver's last name, email, home address, or payment information.
Tracking can end because the trip is completed, the link expired, sharing was revoked, or tracking is not yet available. The page explains the state shown.
If the token is missing, expired, revoked, or not shared, keep the unavailable state as the evidence. Do not replace it with a different trip or a manually painted map. Live tracking screenshots and customer action media remain optional until a safe real token is available.
