Is this tracking link legitimate?
Why you can trust the tracking link you received.
You received a link by SMS or email to follow your trip. It is genuine — sent by your transport operator when your booking was confirmed.
Why there is no login
Your link is unique to your trip and works on its own — no account, no password required. It is tied to a secure token that only works for your specific booking. It cannot be used to see anyone else's trip, and it expires once the trip is complete.
Your driver's private details are never shared. You see the vehicle, the live position, and the driver's first name — and, only if your operator has enabled it, the number plate or a contact number to reach the driver. Their last name, email, and home address are never shown.
Why you can trust the link
The link was sent directly by your transport operator — the company that manages your booking. We never send unsolicited tracking links. If you did not make a booking, please ignore the message.
A few things to know:
- The link goes to a page on the operator's tracking platform — the URL will match the domain shown in your booking confirmation.
- No payment information is ever requested through the tracking page.
- Your driver's private data — last name, email, home address — is never shown. Only their first name is displayed, plus the number plate or a contact number when your operator has chosen to share them.
What the link gives access to
Once you open the link, you can:
- See your trip details (date, time, pick-up and drop-off addresses).
- Follow your driver's position on a live map once your trip has started.
- Message your driver directly if needed.
That is all. The link cannot be used to modify your booking or access your account.
If you are still unsure
Contact the company that sent you the booking confirmation. Their contact details are in that email or SMS.
