Sixième Étoile

Following your driver and ETA

Read the tracking page, live position, and estimated arrival time.

Your tracking page shows trip information as soon as the secure link opens. The map area can be visible before a live driver position is available.

Before the Driver Is Moving

Before the driver starts sharing position, the page can show:

  • pickup and drop-off addresses;
  • scheduled time;
  • vehicle model or plate number when the operator shares it;
  • mission status and waiting messages.

If there is no moving marker yet, keep the page open. It updates automatically when live position becomes available.

Live Position and ETA

Once the driver is en route and sharing position, the page shows the live location and estimated arrival time. The estimate can move by a few minutes because traffic and route conditions change.

If the page says tracking is unavailable, expired, revoked, or not yet shared, use the contact details from your booking confirmation or contact the operator.

Understanding Time Differences

The estimated arrival time is guidance. It can change if traffic changes, if the driver must avoid an area, if the airport or station has a specific access point, or if the pickup location is difficult to reach.

If the difference becomes important, use the contact actions visible on the page or contact the operator. Do not leave the meeting point without notifying someone.

If you received several tracking links, use the one that matches the correct date or the latest confirmation. An older link can be expired, replaced, or limited to a trip already completed.

End of Tracking

When the trip is completed, the page switches to a completed state. The secure link is only meant for this trip and cannot be used to follow another journey.
